As a boy I was an alpine ski athlete and I dreamed of becoming a champion. Like many I had good technical qualities but they are not enough to become a professional. Among the many necessary qualities, the muscular-postural ones are certainly fundamental, in fact having a good postural state means being able to train and have few overload injuries during your career. I think that for an athlete this is a fundamental point, having confidence in your body and being able to train to the maximum. This means a lot in terms of peace of mind and security.
Matteo, a young athlete, has always lacked this skill, pain, injuries and consequent insecurity have followed me throughout my young career. This malaise marked my professional path, immediately asking me the question of finding a solution to help athletes feel physically well.
First I became an alpine skiing coach, then I graduated in motor sciences, and here after a simple movement I started to suffer from chronic low back pain, a further stimulus that led me to search for something more. I decided to start studying posture and among the metrologies the one that struck me most was the Canali Postural Method in 2016. After several certifications and courses I started using it professionally on ordinary people and athletes, seeing positive results, especially on myself.
In 2020 I then became a methodology trainer and subsequently my center became the N°1 elite Posture and Sport Centre.
Today, after having helped many people, athletes and non-athletes, young and old, I feel the desire to be part of a team aimed at serving an athlete.

My why is simple and clear, "to help athletes be in the best possible postural condition, so that they can express their maximum potential".
